I contracted with First Rate but another company arrived 4 hours late with non professional movers that took twice as long as the estimate. I was forced to pay this "other" company first rates fee even though the other company had quoted me a price $60/hour less than First Rate. James was a liar and never returned any calls, Oscar from the other company was rude. Items were lost and I was told they would check on them an never heard anything.
