Stevenson Pools

Every aspect of the process was a difficult one. There was little to none communications from Stevenson, they never provided a work schedule and would show up whenever they wanted. It was extremely difficult to get any information from them whatsoever. The working relationship never got any better, and now we have a partially working pool that the cleaner pump is dead, the saltwater generator is shot, and the motherboard is fried. None of which Stevenson's fixed or assumed responsibility for. I highly encourage anyone considering using them for a pool to seek references. The list they give out is from pools built 10+ years ago when the father was actively involved, so ask for references from newly built pools in the past five years. Good luck!

Stevenson put in our in-ground pool and they have continued to service it for the past three years. They provide very high quality product. They are responsive and professional. They are, also, expensive. But I have stayed with them for all the good reasons.

They did a great job - responsive, polite, knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who is interesting in getting a pool, or even just thinking about getting a pool. Overall great experience, every time we deal with them.

THE FINAL PRODUCT WAS VERY GOOD, HOWEVER, GETTING THE FINAL PRODUCT WAS A LONG PROCESS. THEY FAILED TO RETURN PHONE CALLS IN A TIMELY MANNER, OR EVEN SOMETIMES FAILED TO RETURN ANY CALLS. SOMETIMES WE HAD TO GO TO THE OFFICE TO GET A RESPONSE. FAILED TO KEEP US INFORMED AS TO WHEN THEY WOULD BE COMING TO OUR HOME TO DO THE WORK.
