Derek was able to provide service within an hour of my initial text request to the company. He handled the clogged drain, checked the unit and even made sure I had a system shutoff was on the attic unit should that line clog. Derek was thorough and efficient - I will consider a regular maintenance agreement going forward. Hvac system issues are best avoided!
