It went great. The owner came out and did a great job. He was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. My carpets look good as new. What I really liked was that he had a truck mounted system. So he didn't have to roll in a machine on my wood floors. Great guy. Great company. I have used him for the last three years. He may cost a bit more than other carpet cleaning companies, but you get what you pay for in this instance. He cleaned 10 rooms in my home including two sets of stairs for the price.

I used them twice in 2016. He came on time and did as well as he could on the carpet I had. The price was fair. If needed I would use them again in the future.

One person came to clean the carpets and it took about an hour.  It seemed like he did a thorough job, he gave me some extra solution that i could use on pet stains. I was happy with everything with the exception of the hose when he went up the stairs, he just didn't seem very conscientious of the walls we had recently painted. I would use his service again.
