EASTERN GLASS & MIRROR INC

Along with other condo owners in the same building, I replaced two windows whose seal had been broken. Soon after the window replacement, I saw a piece of debris (looked like a thin piece of cork) between the seal and the glass on the window. I called Eastern Glass to inquire about this. The first time, I left a voicemail and nobody returned my call. I called again a second time when I spoke with a woman who said that "Butch" was in the neighborhood and would stop by. He never stopped by or called to let me know he wouldn't been coming. I called Eastern Glass a THIRD to let them know that Butch never stopped by - again on voicemail. Again, nobody returned my call. In 2-3 years, the glass seal was broken again and has mold growing in the very window that I was inquiring about and had gone unanswered. I would NEVER use this company again and only recommend to people I DIDN'T like.
