Very good! They gave me a 10 year warranty and I had just one issue with the humidifier and they came out right away. They don't sell you what you don't need, the size the equipment to the size of the house and they are pretty professional in their size. What they said is what they did. They seemed to be straight forward about the equipment that they were going to put in whereas when I talked to the other companies no body would give me a little bit different prices so that I would go with them. And these guys from what I could tell they explained what they were going to put in and gave me the ratings and all that kind of stuff so it just seemed to make sense at that point.

Steve Young is the owner. I have used him several times in the past. I live in a condominium and Steve has done work for our condominium on numerous occasions. We have heard about him and met him. All the condo owners here call him when they have an air-conditioning problem. Everyone knows Steve. He is very responsive and professional. He is dependable and honest. Everyone likes him because he is honest.
