Verizon Wireless

I owe Verizon Wireless nothing but a grudge. For probably a decade or more I had Verizon Wireless service and never paid attention or price shopped. They didn’t bother me and I didn’t bother them. Then I had to replace a broken dumb phone and something happened. I told them just to replace the phone with an identical phone and leave everything else as it was. Verizon surreptitiously, and without my consent, changed my calling plan and double billed me in the process. They were never able, in spite of repeated assurances from “Customer Service,” to correct the bill. So, on April 6, 2015, I cancelled my Verizon services and switched to another carrier. Verizon continues, in spite of all documentation, to harass me and to try to collect another $83.57. I have done nothing to deserve this treatment, whether it is due to Verizon’s incompetence or malice. At this point I am too angry to concede and have every moral right to be extremely vindictive. They have also falsely reported that the account is overdue to the Credit Reporting Agencies. Apparently, Verizon recycles this account after I tell collection agencies that I dispute this account and send them full documentation. Evidently, the only way to rid myself of VW is to go to court and have them sanctioned. Whether this is just plain incompetence or deliberate malice is beside the point. If they won’t fix it and continue to put me through this, they are evil.

I am still currently using them.  They could lower the prices.

Verizon representatives were helpful and understanding of my situation with the lack of service I was receiving from my modem and decided that a new one was needed. They quickly sent out my new wireless connector and had me up and running in no time.

Not well. expended too much of my time. Representative didn't know the phone (Galaxy 3) that's very popular.
I left and went to another Verizon site.

I recently upgraded from a cell phone to an iphone with 3G wireless internet and for the most part their service has been very good. When I have questions they answer the phone and spend as much time as we need to answer them, and with a device like an iphone with all the apps this is very helpful. They typically offer me helpful suggestions for all kind sof problem sand their tech service people all have a real iphone themselves.
I did have one bad experience with one idividual late last year involving my getting the phone from Fed-ex, she gave me false info telling me that I would not get the phone unless I stay home all day waiting for fed ex to deliver (I couldnt pick up thephone myself) and almost cancelled the phone sale. She was acting as if she wanted me to cancel my serice. (I gave a prior bad review on this and then complained to Verizon wireless about afterward)
But I did pick it up from fedex in the end after calling fed ex and got the Iphone which works and they have been extremely helpful since then.
I would have given them an A except that one terrible experience (maybe B+)

They suppose to come here to fix something and I ended up fixing it myself by watching instructional in YouTube. They are really nasty in handling things that they should do.

I would probably continue to use them because I have a contract with them.

I have had a good experience with them. They are good. It's not the cheapest but it's cheaper than their competitors.

They are "okay".

The service has been fine.

They are responsive and the telephone service is outstanding.

I'm not really into the whole tech and communications things. They were kind of weird. Their service went down at one point. They also double charged us at one point.

The price is good but I am not happy with their service. I am stuck with them due to a contract.

The overall experience is excellent. They are responsive, punctual, and professional. I would use this provider again.

I have been very happy with the service I get with Verizon. Rarely do I have dropped calls. The customer service is great. My basic service plan is very reasonable at just 49.00 a month.
