The company took 4 months to address a serious rodent issue, and when I pleaded with them to fix the issue, as per the lease agreement, they denied responsibility and slandered my name to their vendors. The vendors were reluctant to fix the issues because of their negative comments. I wrote emails, put in work orders, I even had to resort to getting an attorney. Cody Bishop was extremely unprofessional to me and basically told me, we are only treating the house (their property), as a “one time” courtesy. I will never rent with this company again and I would not recommend them. Several others have had similar issues. I’ve attached photos of the mice droppings, but to them, I am making this problem up and it’s probably just one mice I’m complaining about.
