The actual structural changes and HVAC work (done by Stuart himself and another man) were done in 3-4 days, which was pretty nice. The electrical work was subcontracted out, but was done in reasonable amount of time. Since the project was completed, we've received nothing but compliments on the look and new setup.

Stuart is a consummate professional. He is punctual, friendly, and does excellent work. In addition to the recent work he did for us in our kitchen, he also rebuilt our deck several years ago. I have (and will continue to) recommend him for all types of construction work.

He was prompt, work was done with great expertise. Work site was kept very clean. Finished job within projected time. Door looks great.

The job went very well. Everything from the planning discussion through to job completion was top-notch. Sometimes Stuart G. has a helper (for instance Zach); sometimes he works alone. My only reluctance to writing this glowing recommendation of The Housewright Co., is that when word gets out how good they are - they will be less available to me when I need them.

zZI had water leaking from two dormers on my roof. Mr. Garbis came to look and was able to immediately see my problem was due to rotted wood at the base of the dormers. He showed me exactly where the problem was and explained the repairs needed. Two dormers needed extensive wood repaired, flashing and two areas of my ceiling needed to be repaired and repainted. I shopped around a bit and found his price was very competitive. They arrived right on time as promised. Workers were courteous, neat, and very careful while working in my living room. Mr. Garbis was there to supervise all of the work. Everything went fine and so far, no leaks. I will definitely call them again.
