SWEETWATER POOL & SPA CENTER

We're new pool owners of an old pool and pretty clueless when it comes to maintaining this thing and figuring it all out. We originally went in for an algae problem and Connie was outstanding! She diagnosed our issue correctly in the store after we took in a water sample and wrote down step-by-step (exactly how we needed the directions, because again, we're clueless!) about what chemicals to put in, how much, when, and how to do it. Then asked us to come back the next day with another sample to see if it worked. It worked beautifully! She did another sample and said all was well. We went home and the next day we woke up to a broken pump (the equipment is old and we knew it would only be a matter of time, but the timing was awful as we were having a party the next day, but also perfect because we had just found Sweetwater). We called Connie and she said sent Chuck out the same day. He diagnosed the issue and had all the equipment with him and put in a new pump and filter very quickly and got us up and running in a few hours. He spent a long time explaining a lot to us about the new equipment and every other question we had as well. Sweetwater has treated us so well. We started out very frustrated and ended up extremely happy and relieved. They were recommended by a friend and we are now on the Sweetwater bandwagon and recommend them to everyone. Their service can't be beat, they didn't give us some chemicals and send us on our way - they took care of us until all was well. We can't say enough good things about this company, and many thanks to Connie and Chuck for working to educate us!

The service has been great. The job went very well overall. They have always been responsive, and they have been willing to help us as we are learning about the spa.

Their customer service is amazing. I go into the store in Catonsville and they take care of me. I was new to pools and they have been very patient with me and explain everything.

The staff at Sweetwater were patient and tenacious as they sorted out the problem. Because the errors were so unpredictable, they had to send staff out repeatedly to identify whether a solution would work long-term. They were patient and helpful on the phone, and were very responsive. They were proactive in terms of engaging the manufacturer and trying to figure out the cause. Eventually, they had to replace the control unit, the heater, as well as a few other components. They were very helpful in working out the manufacturer's warranty, in an effort to save me money. I'm very grateful for their persistence, patience, and professionalism.

We have used them for about eleven years. They follow schedules and work around your schedule. They are great.

They also deal with any problems that arise in between visits. They come when they are supposed to and they are available for consultation on the phone if you have a problem. They are very helpful.

GOOD, BUT DID HAVE A COUPLE PROBLEMS WITH THE POOL, BUT THEY WERE HELPFUL WITH THEIR OPINIONS. THEY ARE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, BUT WORTH IT. THEY HAVE A VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF. ALSO, THEY MAKE SURE TO SERVICE THE MOTOR IN THE WINTER.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. THEY ARE VERY GOOD ABOUT ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS WHEN I HAVE THEM. THEY EXPLAIN TO ME HOW TO TAKE CARE OF SOME OF THE ROUTINE MAINTENANCE ON MY OWN. I USE THEM FOR THE YEAR-ROUND CARE OF MY POOL.

WE USE SWEETWATER FOR ALL OF OUR POOL MAINTENANCE. THEY WINTERIZE AND SUMMERIZE IT EVERY YEAR, AS WELL AS SCHEDULE MID WINTER VISITS TO CHECK THE COVER. IN THE SUMMER, THEY DELIVER OUR CHEMICALS, AS WELL AS RESPOND PROMPTLY TO ANY PROBLEMS WE MAY HAVE WITH OUR POOL.
