REINHARDT HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

The firm is handled by a sole owner. They had installed the air-conditioner and heating system, 2 years ago. They have always done a good job for me. This time I paid for labor only, as the replacement was covered under warranty. They are reasonably priced. I highly recommend their services and will use them in future.

This house was remodeled into three apartments on each floor. Because their was no one else living there he told me I didn't have to have all the hot water heaters running.

Reinhardt's prompt response was very much appreciated because the Baltimore area was in a major heat wave at the time with temperatures in the 90's. The only problem we encountered was that after they inspected the main floor unit and stated that it was in good working condition and had adequate freon, the unit failed and was inoperable for 2 days. We almost had to move to a hotel with our 2 cats! Reinhardt came back as soon as possible, checked the unit again and replaced 9 lbs. of freon. The reason for the freon leak was not determined, but the unit has worked fine since the freon was replaced.

I don't have a service contract with them but I do feel that their prices are cheap. I like that he is very frank and forth right about what needs to be done, and he has taken pay cuts to do some of my repairs in the past.

THEY ALWAYS COME OUT WHEN I NEED THEM TO. THEY ARE BUSY SOMETIMES, BUT THEY ARE ALWAYS RESPONSIVE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS NEEDS. THEY ALWAYS MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS WORKING WELL AND RUNNING OKAY.
