It went GREAT!! THMhey were prodessionl, prompt, reasonable priced, friendly and did a wonderful job. They exceeded expectations.

Red Oaks did a great job removing one large dying white pine and one small dead spruce tree. Quick, hardworking, professional job. I will definitely request their services again, for tree planting and landscaping.

Red Oaks LLC is a top notch organization. Walter Martinez and his team were terrific. Through Angie's list, I selected 3 local firms for my Tree Trimming needs, and Walter was the first one to respond by calling me. He had an arrived later that afternoon to review my need and provide a quote and scheduled me the next day. His cost was very reasonable, and the work was completed timely and very professionally. He trimmed ~15 30+ foot Pines in my yard, had a truck and shredder to remove all the branches came on time and performed the work perfectly. He also educated me on what he was going to do and why, and how to maintain healthy trees. I will hire Walter and his team again A++ work! Thank you Walter.

RED OAKS is an EXCELLENT and the BEST TREE COMPANY!!! This group was removed a very large and old tree that was in our back yard and trimmed three trees in my front yard and back yard, they are the most efficient group of individuals, what clean-up job, they were excellent and very timely. This group is the best and is very reasonable and professional and very friendly. The cost was the best of the estimates we received in almost half a year. They came out gave us a great price! We will recommend them to friends and family! Thanks again!

Red Oaks - Walter-- was friendly, easy to deal with. They had to cut down a massive white oak that was not healthy. The job was a bit complicated but they dealt with it with no drama. They were efficient and professional. Highly recommended.

The Red Oaks estimate for the work was fair and competitive. We had six trees and some smaller bushes removed. We also had a couple of stumps ground out. The Red Oaks team arrived on time and finished the job efficiently. The crew cut down the trees, removed all the debris, cleaned up the yard and helped stack up all the wood we wanted to keep. Everyone was friendly and respectful. Would recommend this company to anyone reading this review.

The team was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They had good suggestions and didn’t mind reevaluating once they arrived. They took great care of the remaining trees and bushes and cleaned up quickly. The office Yaquelin, was a pleasure to work with and responded quickly to schedule estimate and rearrange time change due to weather. My neighbor also used them and was equally impressed. The cost was fair and lower than other estimates. I would absolutely hire them again.

Excellent Job ! Came right out and gave price the day I called. Next day came and pruned tree. Excellent customer service, made sure I was happy with the results. Very happy with my pruned and topped blossoming cherry tree. Will hire again.

It went great! Although it light rain they showed up as scheduled, were very professional & friendly. I had other estimates, some as high as $1800, for the same work. Very pleased & will definitely use them again & refer to family & friends. Walter was the estimator & when I showed him the tree I was trimming myself, he said “I’ll help you out, for $50 more we’ll finish this & clean up the branches”

They did a good job cutting down the tree and keep the place clean before they left.

For summary, skip to the last paragraph! Through Angie's list, we compared four providers for cost and time-frame using the same criteria. Since I wouldn't be home at the time of estimate, Red Oaks gave me the name of the estimator ahead of time so my wife could be sure she met with the right person. Estimator Walter was running 15 mins late and was professional enough to call almost an hour ahead of time to let us know. The estimate was higher than another contractor, but Red Oaks was willing and able to price match. Price matching and giving business locally were deciding factors! The day of the work, Walter and a partner showed-up ahead of the rest of the crew to start cutting. Within an hour, several others showed up and began raking, cutting, shredding, etc. The work start to finish took about a half-day, including removing two smaller trees that were sick and dying. Stumps were ground/axed by a sub-contractor the following day. His work quality was good as well. What we liked: Walter and crew were timely and professional, no stray workers peeing in the yard, price matching, and quick scheduling. What could improve: Cleanup was good and basic, but left two big-ol chunks of yew behind. Several chain-saw scars on main trunks of trees from where the saw over-shot it's mark. The bottom line: This was our first experience with a tree service. Friendly employees, fair pricing, and skill made for a good experience. Those small cons above make this an A-, but still absolutely recommend and would rehire. Thanks to Walter and the crew for your hard work!
