Received a call from Simon within 5 minutes of sending request through Angie's List. He was working on a job but said he could be to our house in a few hours. He called when he was on his way, did a diagnostic and returned on Monday to repair our freezer. This was Easter weekend during the COVID-19 pandemic!!!! Outstanding service, communication and skills. Would recommend to anyone and will use Simon again! Can't say enough as to how much we appreciated his service!!!!!
