"Thank you for the kind review! We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and we appreciate the opportunity you gave us to help you with your emergency. Thanks for being a great client!!!"
"Your review includes some accurate facts but does not include the reasons they occurred. 1) It took 2 years to complete the project. This is true. A major reason is that we could not work on your project as scheduled due to the limited access you allowed us. When you can only work on a house one or two days a week, and only during certain hours, and you are not allowed access to a home for weeks at a time due to client vacations, and clients take days to return email communications or return phone calls, a six month project will be stretched out. 2) The project had multiple project managers. Again, this is true. However, our employees are our greatest assets. As such, we will not subject them to verbal abuse and constant mistreatment from a client, which resulted in cycling new project managers into your project. We disagree that this caused delays. However, delays were caused when subcontractors refused to return to the project because they could not work in the environment you created. 3) Our initial review of the project was completed when the house was still under contract so walls could not be opened at that time. Once walls were opened, it was apparent that a load bearing wall was impacted. 4) You were given tens of thousands of dollars of work/products "at no charge." Please review the original scope of work and compare it to the actual work completed at your home. 5) You were involved in the initial discussions for the selections projects and agreed to the dollar amounts. We have created a case study of this project as a learning tool for our employees in how to deal with difficult clients. We have hundreds of happy clients and are sorry that you aren't one of them but we can't take responsibility for the outcome due to your actions. We encourage anyone researching our company to call us for references."
"Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review! You have impeccable taste and your addition is gorgeous! During the project, we feel like we gained a new member of our Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Baltimore family. You were great to work with and we hope to work with you again!"
"Thank you for the kind review! If we were to review you as a client, you'd get an A+.... you were so responsive and communicated your needs so well. Thanks again and we hope to work together on future projects."
"We really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. We enjoyed working with you and are so glad that you're happy with the finished project. Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Baltimore is so fortunate to have clients like you!!!"
"Please note, this was an insurance restoration project (claim) and not a remodeling project. Processes and procedures within the insurance industry differ greatly from home improvement. Insurance claims are not preplanned and cumbersome, at best, to navigate. In the end one's homeowner's policy dictates coverage. Carrier's have final say on all scope related items as they are the ones paying the bill. I'm sorry Mrs. [Member Name Removed] wasn't fully informed of all of the workings as mentioned above. I can assure the client that since her claim (2013) our office does a much better job explaining the insurance restoration process."
