We have been in business for almost 10 years and provide superior property management and maintenance services. Our charges vary by the size, rent and location of the property from 10% of gross rent per month for single family homes to 3% of gross rent per month for multifamily properties.

It is going very well! My previous management company was late in sending me the monthly reports and keeping up on maintenance issues, but this company is very good. I get my rent roll and profit & loss statements on time and tenants have complimented me on hiring them because they are very responsive to their complaints. My average turn over time has gone from 15-days before to 5-days now, which is more money in my pocket.
