+ 1 moreIt is going very well! My previous management company was late in sending me the monthly reports and keeping up on maintenance issues, but this company is very good. I get my rent roll and profit & loss statements on time and tenants have complimented me on hiring them because they are very responsive to their complaints. My average turn over time has gone from 15-days before to 5-days now, which is more money in my pocket.
Description of Work: I have a number of rental properties in Baltimore and Annapolis area and I use this company for leasing and property management work for a 26-unit building in Baltimore City.
