We contacted Don on 5/7/15 with concerns about a refrigerator that was not freezing thoroughly. We advised him that we did not know if it was worth getting it repaired or replacing it. We asked that he take a look. He advised us of the fee to look at it and we arranged for him to come to the property on 5/8/15. He arrived during the time period specified, diagnosed the problem, and provided an estimate to replace the bad fan on the refrigerator. He performed the work requested and checked additional parts on the refrigerator. He answered all questions and explained all work done. Furthermore, he demonstrated the improved functionality of the freezer by showing us the decreased temperature in the freezer compartment as well as the improved air flow in the bottom of the fridge in the back.  
I would work with him again.

I called three times over a 4 day-period, and left a message each time to call to set up an appointment. I didn't receive any return calls. I wonder if they are out of business, and why their answering service invites the caller to leave a number, if no one is going to return the call.

Don arrived at the agreed upon day and time which was just a few days after we spoke on the phone. He was really friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I did not find many appliance repairmen in my area that repair microwaves so I was happy that he does this. He took time to assess the situation with all of the appliances. He correctly identified issues with the appliances that were not working and cleaned out the dishwasher so it was working properly. He wrote down all the specs for the parts he needed to order and informed me he would order the parts and contact me when they came in.
He called a few days later to inform me that he had found a piece of used oven glass and asked me if I would rather use that or purchase a new one. I chose to use the used one, it was in great shape and saved me around $60. When the oven glass and the control panel (for the microwave) arrived. He called and scheduled an appointment to come out and install the new items. He was right on time, installed the oven glass and repaired the microwave. Both work wonderfully now. Thanks Don! This was a very good experience, I would definitely use his services again as needed.

Don was referred to me by my friend. He was good. I think I spent $125 on the job. It was a very helpful job. I think there was an issue with the washer. He ended up repairing both my washer and the dryer. I thought it had a leak, but it turned out that it was a hose that had deteriorated. The dryer wasn’t heating as much as required. Again, the problem was with the hose, which was of the wrong size and there was also a problem with another part. They were small repairs, but the timing was good because I could use them again. I didn’t have to replace them. He replaced both the hoses. He checked a few other things. I like him because he is professional and reliable. I was talking to him about kitchen appliances for my kitchen remodeling. I asked his opinion regarding the brand I should buy. He was more helpful than any salesman. He does general repairs of all appliances such as washers, dryers, microwave ovens and refrigerator. I think he is great. I can’t compare his prices, but I do think that they are fair. I’ll certainly use his services again.

They fixed the fans in the freezer and the water line for the ice maker. They were excellent!
