Oscar Carrenza is obviously busy, speaks rapidly, and this leads to numerous emails, texts, calls to have price, and measurements accurate and confusion resolved. Day of job, after assuring me no jackhammer would be used, a 'jackhammer- sounding' piece of equipment was used. Neighbors were upset in townhome cluster, no one was warned, all @7:15am. (Oscar had said he would "cut and lift sections of old sidewalk only. I stepped out to see how things looked, and realized the entryway concrete pad immediately outside my front door was damaged in several spots, with cracks and gaps. He started talking very fast, saying,"don't worry, I 'll fix that, make it pretty again!" Said he would return to fix. On return,became very loud, angry, lunged, shouting, red in face. Nothing repaired. Only the project was done, not damage he caused. and he was paid in full. My son overheard his angry remarks, but Oscar left. I told him he went back on his word, and I don't accept people shouting at me

Our driveway was a nightmare but after using OC total contractors it's a dream come true!!!! We'd used other companies previously for a recurring hole over our stream but on the initial site visit, Oscar explained how the other companies hadn't been using the correct materials for the job and assured us that he would make sure to do the job right the first time. When he and his crew came out, we knew we had made the right choice--they're polite, knowledgeable, and didn't leave a huge mess for us to deal with once they were finished. They were wonderful to deal with every step of the way. If you're thinking about getting something done with OC Total Contractors--DO IT WITHOUT HESITATION!!! You will not be disappointed.

Contracted OC Total Contractors LLC to replace a portion of my driveway. Oscar arrived very professional, and asked what I wanted done. Surveyed the driveway, explained the process of replacing the driveway. He stated the he would pour 4000 psi concrete mix, add rebar every 4 feet installed to lock in the other two drive pads, add expansion joints and conclude with a brushed finish. He also added a 2 year warranty on any cracks bigger than a quarter inch. His crew did a outstanding job! I had 6 estimates for this job, three of which were slightly less in price but I confidently chose OC Total Contractors because he was clear concise and confident in his presentation and professionalism. I recommended Oscar to my Mom who needed her front porch and stairs modified for wheel chair access. Her job was botched by a previous company but OC Total came out formulated a plan and replaced the other company's botched ramp with a gradual step down and walkway so she could maneuver with her new prostectic leg. I have shared to all my friends and neighbors OC Total Contractors for there concrete needs. I saw one of my neighbors just had her driveway replaced by them. Great Company Outstanding Work! I highly recommend!
