I specialize in customize basements. I offer free estimates and drawings of your project based on your desires. I am a hands on owner and do the majority of the work with an occasional helper if needed. I have access to all licensed and qualified sub-contractors who also do their own work. This guarantees the work is done right and without delay. I have an extensive list of very satisfied customers and I offer those references upon our first meeting. MHIC licensed and insured. I've been in business for 25 plus years. I look forward to meeting and working with you to complete your project to your satisfaction.

Joel was on time every morning, and completed the job on time and on budget. We did pay a bit more than originally quoted because we added in a few "extras" along the way. Joel was completely accommodating to us when we wanted to make changes or add in extra requirements. He even went out of his way on several occasions to do extra work that he knew we needed (that we were going to do ourselves, but we are expecting a baby and very busy). We ran into a number of issues with another contractor on the same project and Joel worked around it, no problem, and even helped us some with the problems we were having.
It was exciting to see the work done, and we looked forward to going downstairs each evening to see the progress on the job. Joel cleaned up so much each day that it was hard to tell that he'd even been there - except for the amazing work he was doing, of course!
Overall, a wonderful experience and I would rehire or recommend Joel in a heartbeat.
