It was a dream come true! When I bought my home, a few things with the electrical work got flagged, which turned into quite a mess! The first estimate I received from another company was outrageously high, and I was basically berated for having an overloaded panel and that I was in danger (all very scary for a first time homeowner!). Nate, on the other hand, was very reassuring and explained things to me very clearly. I felt like he really wanted to take care of me and my house. As the work got underway, it became clear the previous electrical work was a DIY situation gone awry, but Nate kept at it and got everything resolved. He also coordinated getting the drywall replaced, and his assistant came back on a Saturday to re-install the washer/dryer (which they needed to move to get things in the basement sorted). Since buying my house I've gotten a fair amount of work done and this was absolutely 100% the most satisfied I've been!
