Ian's company is worthy of its name. He did a thorough examination and explained what improvements he thought would serve us best in the long run. He did some roof work on our last house, so I know that he never takes short cuts nor recommends unnecessary work. Ian is hardworking, thoughtful and thorough. His work is meticulous. He also made recommendations for related work that I hope he will do this fall. We're also hiring Ian to build out a new room from the attic space and install a window, to create a new bedroom out of a long, open space. Ian is licensed.
