They are not designers! Pay the extra money to have a professional do your work. My kitchen is way to dark. A real designer would have advised I not put a wine rack above the fridge. They accused I stole a microwave when the company they hired to deliver the appliances showed up without it. Why would I need two microwaves? They didn't have all the plumbing parts to install the dishwasher they delivered. I had to watch them so they didn't tear things up. They also tried to make me pay for lots of little extras. I will never use Home Depot for another major job.

We were told it would take 30 days to get the doors installed. It took 6 weeks for the contractor to contact us. Then it took 2 more weeks to set up the installation. On the morning of installation, we were told the door was damaged and we would have to reschedule. We waited another month for the new door and a new installation date, for a total of 3 1/2 months from date of order! The doors were installed and the contractor told us that the plugs to block the screw holes were missing and would be ordered. Also, there was a piece of wood missing from the frame of the front door, which would be fixed. Three months have passed and we have yet to hear from anyone. We tried to withhold payment of the remainder, but Home Depot charged our credit card without our authorization. We will never use their installation services again.

Carpet Installation
WE HAVE ORDERED FROM HERE BEFORE AND NEEDED TO MATCH CARPET WITH EXISTING CARPET IN THE BASEMENT. NOT ONLY DID THEY HAVE THE SAME COLOR IN STOCK, BUT THEY WERE ABLE TO INSTALL IT IN A TIMELY FASHION.
