 + -1 moreMy experience with the company was excellent.I had not anticipated that this management company would work so efficiently that i would be saving both money and time.Jays professionalism has impressed me a lot. That was the reason that i decided to hire HMJ management company to manage my property so that I and my new tenant could have time to enjoy ourselves and not worry about the minute details involved in taking care of a house.
Description of Work: I contracted with this company to rent my house in Roslyn, Long Island. I first met with Jay in early December when I was interviewing potential property management companies. Since we still had a few things that needed to be done in the house, I wasn't ready to list the property until early January. I met with Jay and his associate on Sunday, January 15th, to finalize arrangements. The property was listed for rent on January 16th. We had a signed lease with a tenant within 9 days. I was very pleased with the service I received from the company and the effort that went into getting the property rented so quickly. $6,500 was the real estate commission for finding the tenant for the property. I have also contracted with HMJ to manage the property for a fee of 10% of my monthly rent. I fully anticipate that the property management experience will be as competent as the services I have received to date.
