We are a 15-year old full-service real estate company that provides management, leasing, sales and remodeling services to a variety of clients all over Baltimore/DC Metro area. We represent owners of properties of all sizes - from 1 unit to 100 units. Our prospective clients do not have to use all our services, but most people prefer that we find them reliable tenants who would pay on-time (leasing) and then continue to collect rent in a timely fashion and keep their properties in good repair (management).
