 + -1 moreGenuine Title got our paperwork done on time, which was our major concern at the time we were buying our house. Since then, we had some real problems of both professionalism and helpfulness with the representative we worked with there, Cheryl Hertsch, over some issues that did not get resolved with the city of Baltimore regarding the property's water bill before the sale. The city's practice of estimating bills and only seldom actually reading meters didn't help us here - but neither did the Genuine title until we'd talked to Jay, the fellow who runs the company, who quickly sent us a check to rectify things. If there are any other issues, we do not know about them, but will probably skip talking to our initial contact there if we encounter any.
Description of Work: Genuine Title was the title company we used when purchasing our home in Baltimore.
