The $80 arrangement that I ordered from 1800 FLOWERS was dispatched to this flower shop. The flowers delivered did not resemble the arrangement in any way shape or form. The quality of the arrangement was so poor that it resembled a bunch of flowers purchased at a grocery store for less than $10. None of the flowers in the ordered arrangment were delivered nor was the vase the same as the picture. Two days after delivery, the flowers are already beginning to die and they have a foul odor. 1800 FLOWERS policy is that if the flowers needed for the arrangement are not available from the florist, the florist has the right to replace the item with something of equal or GREATER value. This was not the case here, in fact, it was not even close. The arrangement that I ordered had 12 roses in it, this arrangement had 2 and as mentioned previously, NOTHING else was similar. If it had not been for the fact that I saw the arrangement with my own eyes, I would never have known since this was a Mother's Day delivery to my Mother in Baltimore. The purchase was a complete rip off and I am sure the florist is used to being able to do that. This is beyond unacceptable and this flower shop should be reported to the better business bureau which I plan on doing. 1800 FLOWERS has offered to replace the arrangement and I hope it is not through this flower shop. I will not be ordering from 1800 FLOWERS again either since flower shops like this are used by them.
