On time, tech was a Pro He didn't have the correct spring with him. He told me he would return with the spring first thing in the morning, He was done by 8:45 the following morning

Paul arrived as scheduled and began removing my old garage door opener. He was very efficient and about an hour and a half later had installed the new one. It works as it should . He is personable and I would not hesitate to use his services again.
