by suOver-inflated prices to "cover any contingencies that might arise" during the rehab. Performed shoddy work and cut corners, yet claimed to have spent all the money and required more. Roof repair was not done and used spackle to attempt to cover water damage. Vinyl siding job was performed poorly and left gaps between siding and the doors, also was cut roughly and left unfinished over basement hatch doors. Hot water heater was installed not-to-code (failed inspection) and without a permit. Had to hire another plumber to fix and get it inspected. Shower base installed on 2nd floor done improperly and unsupported, causing water to leak into first floor. Basement was tested for mold and had visible surface mold all over drywall. Contractor cut small patch out of drywall and claimed that was all the mold in the basement which was not true.
