They were polite, knowledgeable, worked well, and cleaned up after themselves. The experience was great.

The gentleman was constantly flipping around in the tablet, but if that's not suspicious, he said he wanted to take another measurement upstairs, and I was working outside and looked at my watch and it was 40 minutes later, As soon as the steps creaked under my feet he came flying down the steps (33 of them). Then said he didn't have time to get the parts today and needed another day to complete the job. Some mumbo jumbo about saving money with a warranty which included benefits that would only be allowing them into my home to see what they could fix, some kind of priority or discount, none of which is measurable so I wanted to cancel it. Now he is holding my banking information hostage unless I pay him 207.00 when the contract says the penalty for early termination is just loss of all warrantees, wow!

Matt assessed my plumbing project. He was very thorough and knowledgeable.

Had an emergency sewer backup in my shower. Called them, they told me it's $199 for the late night call for them to come, then however much the actual service charge is. THEY TRIED CHARGING ME $535 TO SNAKE A 3" LINE AND $341 TO REMOVE AND RESET THE TOILET. That was on top of the $199 fee, so over a thousand dollars to snake a line. I removed the toilet myself in 10 minutes, managed to push the clog with my 3/8" snake, and reset the toilet in another 10 minutes. Biggest waste of $199 I've ever spent. Stay far away, they think they can milk you if they feel you're desperate.

Jason arrived as promised for our appointment. When he came into the house, he put on booties to prevent marks on the floor. Jason was very professional and extremely efficient doing his work. He needed to work in some close areas and did so without any problems. Jason was great to talk with and told me exactly what he was going to do. I will definitely use Ensor Plumbing again.

Jeff arrived and promptly diagnosed the problem. He cleaned a buildup of white material from the pilot nozzle and from the main gas inlet. Relighting was a snap. Additionally, he diagnosed a problem with a new kitchen faucet and demonstrated how to obtain a repair kit from the manufacturers web site for subsequent replacement. Finally, he diagnosed a problem with the kitchen gas range, and provided a referral to an appliance repair firm to address.

They arrived on time. Investigated the drain and pipe in the craw space. Diagnosed a vent problem and or partial clogged drain. Told me the price. And I agreed to have vent and drain snaked. Vent apparently had a clog. Water runs freely down drain now. Took a total of about an hour. Very happy with total job.

When snaking the drain didn't work, the first technician suggested a high-pressure hose to avoid using a larger-diameter snake and possibly damaging the pipe. They had to come back the next day and it cost more, but it worked really well. Everyone was very pleasant and professional.

Seth came over and inspected the boiler, he was very thorough and did not leave any stones unturned. He decided that making a cut on the side of the cast iron baseboard and put some rubber in the floor. I was particularly pleased that he took his time and showed genuine interest and care. thanks a lot.

Ensor plumbing did an excellent job, especially Danni. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I will certainly hirer Enso plumbing for future plumbing jobs.
