When the guy finally got here around 10:15, he was extremely rude as well. He did not introduce himself, or apologize for being for being late. He simply walked in to do his job. At the end of the service, I asked if they could do something about the price for the inconvenience. The guy (still don't know his name) looked at me dumfounded and told me he was giving me a couple extra keys - and seemed visibly irritated that I would waste his time to ask for a 10% discount for the tardiness. When I spoke with the lady at the company, she had the same attitude that I had dealt with from her all morning. She finally agreed to take $10 off to make me "happy."
Overall, the service was horrendous. I have hired several companies based on reviews from Angie's list, but I will NEVER use this company again. I understand things happen, but if the tech was going to late, a courtesy phone call would've been nice. I will also tell you that if I EVER spoke to a customer/client the way this lady spoke to me, I would expect to be fired.
Bottom line: Go spend the extra $20-$30 on a company that actually cares about their customers, and that actually believes in the value of CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I immediately called Elite Lock and Key. Sarah and her team are awesome. My call was answered right away and a locksmith was dispatched to our home. He arrived within the estimated time they provided and had our door open within 60 seconds (literally).
My family and I were able to go about our day and learned a valuable lesson in the process (lock your door from the outside with your keys). I would highly recommend Elite Lock & Key if you ever need a locksmith.

Since it was more than one year ago, I do not have records on hand to find your receipt. We would not tolerate any employee who was disrespectful or made racist remarks.
