Smooth operation-truck arrived at the first location on time.  Loaded everything quickly and carefully moved the table into it's new site.  The table looked like new with the new felt.  The Cagles have been in the business a long time and really knew what they were talking about.  They acted like their reputation was very important to them and want repeat business.

Had to wait approximately three weeks to get on their schedule, but it was well worth it. Not many options out there for billiard set-up/service and the table is a family heirloom so we wanted to make sure we hired the right company. Dealt with a Cagle family member every step of the way, from the first call to set up the appointment, to subsequent discussions on felt types (where they did not push to 'upsell' me), to the actual set-up. They were prompt and responsive throughout the entire process. The Cagle family clearly has a passion for what they do and even gave me a history lesson on my table, based on the make/model number, while at my house during the installation. We don't get too many chances to support family-owned businesses these days and glad we took this opportunity to do so.

These guys were so far above the competition. I got my pool table at Offenbacher's, which was a horrible experience. These guys are as nice as can be, explained everything thoroughly, kept me updated on status of the board (custom). They even moved the pool table and made sure it was balanced. Just super easy to deal with and professional. If you want any game room items, I'd recommend you go speak with these guys.

I was very pleased with the service they gave. They are the best. Cagles has several different types of pool tables, both new and used. Very few people want to buy a new pool table because of the cost. From the research that I did, very few companies offer used pool table. Cagles was one of the few. I give them an A all the way.

Their professionalism and they had to dismantle the pool table and then reinstall and reapply the cell to level it out. I thought they did a very good job.

We bought a new house and moved all of our stuff except for the pool table. This is not something you want to mess with yourself if you don't know what you are doing, since it must be disassembled, moved, then reassembled and leveled. In our case, we also wanted the worn felt replaced. The two guys who came to do the work were polite, friendly, prompt, and completely professional. They did very good work. We used them once before about 10 years ago, and were just as happy then, which is why we hired them a second time, and we weren't disappointed. I hovered around them while they were doing the work, asking questions and observing because I wanted to learn something about the process, and they answered questions and didn't seem to mind at all that I was paying close attention. We were very pleased with the process and result.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE ON TIME TO THE APPOINTMENT, AND DID EVERYTHING PERFECTS. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.
