hello , im frank from ,BiggDawgg'z power washing,LLC.( i'm insured for both Commercial & Residential Properties ) i currently have over 9 years at commercial & residential exterior cleaning experience. i have decided its time to work for myself , and share my compassion & love of power washing with others to enjoy. Residential , Soft Wash-( no pressure used to wash) / Pressure Washing. all hard surfaces, ie:concrete,stucco,asphalt,painted surfaces ,wood decks & gutter cleaning. Commercial , all hard surfaces, sidewalks, steps, entry ways, parking spots I’m a team of 1 , fully insured, I’m a LLC registered with Maryland Taxation & Assessments & comptroller of Maryland. I may not be a big company , but my guarantee is , if I don’t do a job to your satisfaction, I’ll knock off 60% on final bill ! Which means , I guarantee you the Consumer will be ecstatically happy with my results ! I’m small & reliable, so call me to give free Estimates I cover 50 mile radius of Owings Mills,MD 21117 . My rates are $0.25 - $0.98 per SqFt ( commercial & residential ) $1.25 - $2.50 per Linear Foot . Being a 1 owner company & only available on weekends to work . I work a 9-5 M - F Career , I can do the same job ,big companies do ,for a fraction of the price Now I’m not a $99 full house wash type . Or I’m not doing this to buy beer or cigarettes.
