Chris was just great. Even though we had problems in the past, he was able to do everything we had hoped for. We even got $800 more in the end then what was estimated. He got us a rate we didn't think we could qualify for. Two friends I showed the estimate to said it was probably too good to be true, but in the end it was true. We're so happy.
