Best experience with a contractor, ever! We were very impressed with Van's professionalism, timeliness, and attention to detail. He went above and beyond and even called us to follow up and make sure that everything was working as intended. We would definitely hire Van again!

Van was able to find the problem quickly regarding the knocking sound from the pipes. Replaced old water pressure regulator that was corroding. He was efficient and friendly.

Van took my call after hours and walked me through how to fix the issue myself (tighten hex but below handle with slot pliers). Van could have made a house call and charged me to replace the valve; however, Van helped for free. I’ll be using him for all future plumbing needs.

Excellent. This is the second time we have used Van. We like using a plumber who lives in our community. He's very personable and down to earth; he's a people person and enjoys talking to his customers. His objective is to have happy customers; the right philosophy for a business owner. He is very professional and explains what he's doing. He is very thorough and takes his time to make sure the work is done correctly. We needed our washer/dryer reinstalled. They were both removed from the laundry room in order break up the concrete floor for a sump pump. We were notified by the contractors that the hot water valve for the washer would not turn off. Van came the next day and fixed the broken valve. He found another frozen valve and also recommended that all the old valves and hoses be replaced. He is very reliable and will call you when he's on the way. His price seems very fair for his excellent work and the time spent on the job. We are very pleased with Van and will be using him for future work. We highly recommend him and feel you will not be disappointed with his work.

We're new to Olney and needed a new dishwasher installed. Van was quick to reply and quoted me a flat rate for the job, which was less than another local plumber my husband called. He was on time, patient with the fact that they sent us an incomplete "install kit" and spent a few hours making the best of a bad situation so that we could have a working dishwasher. He also fixed a line to our new fridge for a reasonable fee, and came back once the new fridge was in place to help with the water hook-up that the delivery folks refused to touch. We had him look at a few other issues and he was honest enough to advise us that they didn't need to be fixed. Highly recommend!!

Van did an excellent job replacing a broken hose faucet outside my home. He took the time needed to ensure a high quality repair, and he also advised me on several other plumbing issues at no charge. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to - will use him again in the future.

Van was super. He came at the last minute on a Friday evening. He worked through the house from top to bottom to find where a curious leak was coming from into the kitchen ceiling. He found it. Fixed it. And was able to take care of it without destroying the ceiling. Van is the Man!

Everything always goes so smoothy, and as I said...Van works very efficiently, and keeps the area as neat and organized as possible. He calls back every time, arrives on time, and is always peasant and easy to work with! His prices are very reasonable and he doesn't try to make you fix more than you need. He's the BEST!

Van was prompt, did a great job, took time to explain some issues we had. We had to also replace a sipping faucet and filter and van cam back within a day to get those done too. Van did a great job replacing my dishwasher, installing a new kitchen garbage disposal, and unclogging my kitchen drain. He immediately responded after I called and was at my house within an hour on a Sunday. He systematically identified my non-functioning garbage as 1) not receiving power, which was related to a bad switch, and 2) having an unidentifiable object stuck inside it, rendering it unusable. He quickly resolved the issues and installed a new disposal. He also replaced my dish washer along with replacing a small patch of drywalling to fill gaps in the wall behind the machine. You can't get better quality and timely service.

We had a crisis with a broken pipe and because of that flooding in our basement. Initially we called 3 plumbing companies. Two could not come immediately and the other was very expensive. So just when we are at our wits end - our friend told us about Van. We called him and he came over within an hr. He was extremely polite, explained to us what the problem was and what needed to be done and the costs. He got to work and was done within 3 hrs with new pipes, everything cleaned up. His fees was way better than the estimates the other companies had given us. My husband is an engineer and knew an excellent work when he saw one. We were very pleased with Van and his work. I highly recommend him.

I accidentally cut through a water pipe in the afternoon. I was trying to use some plumbing weld to hold through the evening until I could find a plumber for the next day. I saw the Len lived close by to me in Olney. I called his number thinking I would leave a message. He picked up the phone (time was after 5pm) and because I was so close he came to my home to repair the cut pipe right away. I appreciated his willingness to do so as I don't think the plumbing weld putty I purchased was going to hold. Water was back on that evening. Thank you!

Van responded quickly to my call. He provided a time he could show up the same day and was punctual. Van replaced the leaking pipe without a problem and cleaned up the area after he finished. He took some time after to answer a few of my general question about the house plumbing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be using him in the future.

We were having new (3) granite bathroom counter tops installed.  Initially, we engaged Van to do the removal of the old counter tops and faucet/drains.  Van worked around our schedule and was able to perform the work on short notice late on a Friday afternoon, as the granite installers were scheduled for Saturday morning.  Once the new counter tops had been installed, it had been my intention to install the new faucets and drains myself, but quickly found out that the drains in the new sinks were not positioned as they had been in the previous sinks.  Re-piping 4 sink drains was a bigger job than I wanted to get into, so we contacted Van again, who was able to quickly complete a job that would have taken me the better part of a weekend to do.  This is the first time that we have used Van's services, but it won't be the last.  Van's work was professional, he was very conscientious towards cleanliness to the point of wearing shoe covers while in the house, and his fees are very fair for the work that we had completed.  Van the Plumber is our new "go-to" guy for plumbing needs.

There were 3 full baths completely clogged by the negligent tenants. They used baby wipes  and didn't flush the toilet after each use. Van spent 4 hours cleaning the drains. Great service and great price.
