I used part of the next package of tanning credits, also spent $250 again, but this time I was informed that I would not have to worry about the credits expiring, they would be good indefinitely. I arrived there today, the desk receptionists informed me that I had 44 credits left, and that I could not use them, they had expired. (This is over $100 worth of credits)They refused to contact the manager. I tried calling another store in Gaithersburg, and the receptionist there said that Carol Boyland was the main manager of all the stores, but that she had instructed them to never contact her for any reason, especially at home. Apparently, these managers work from their homes, because they are never present in their offices where customers try to call them. I just found this business' site online and filled out a feedback form. They replied that they had received my email. It was an automated message. This company has over 30 sites all over the MD DC and VA areas. They state they provide customer service. The store that I had been patronizing was empty when I came in. The ladies at the desk were quite nice, they just had no way of helping customers in regards to the lack of service by the management. This company has taken over $500 from me and has not given me any customer service whatsoever. No managers that can be contacted? That's not only poor business practice, it is unsafe as well. This chain is lucky to still be in business. I do not recommend them as a tanning salon that provides good customer service. They have no policies or procedures that are provided to their clients/customers.
