Travis, the general manager, did great job of explaining and educating us on all the options available. The advice and assistance you gave us in selecting and matching colors for the coil around the windows and roofing has resulted in a truly beautiful home.
Both your work crews?Eric and his roofing crew and Bryan and his windows crew?were real professionals. Each team arrived when they said they would be here?eager and ready to work. They worked long hours in order to finish our house for us rapidly and efficiently and with exquisite skill. They were patient with us and answered all our many questions and concerns. We experienced total satisfaction. If Becky and I had not seen it with our own eyes, we would never have believed that they could replace a roof from the rafters up, install 17 new windows, and put up gutters in only four days.

The only positive of the ordeal was that installation was a breeze ? aside from a few window stickers left on the floor, the interior of our home was spotless when they were finished. However, the same day, and also later on with a separate window, we had major leaks from two windows. It took a while to have someone come out to fix both leaks, we were told incorrect information, and our second appointment was pushed back ? even though storms were predicted, which meant more leaking. Finally, we had a tech that came out and informed us the windows should not have been installed due to rotten headers. We had verified before we signed a contract that any rotten wood the team encountered would be fixed at an additional cost. Also, the previous ?fix? was simply extra caulking over the top of the header. After a long delay, which was a week later than promised, we were provided a quote to replace the headers - of $600. We turned them down, as it was difficult to work with the company and the manager and the original issue should have been taken care of before they even pulled the original windows out. The windows were installed on June 20, 2015 and we had finally gotten the quote on July 13, 2015. The professionalism of the installation team and the techs that came out are about a C; however, dealing with the manager was a F. It was painfully obvious that customer service and our issues with the installation was not a priority.
UPDATE:After they replaced the windows I had leaks from 2 of the windows. They did come out and fix it twice but it has now been found that the windows were installed incorrectly. The 2 windows that originally had the leaks one is now leaking again. The window leaks significant water damage. They did try to resolve the issue by first patching the areas and then by providing a quote to fix the headers which should have been addressed prior to installation. They did not try to resolve by fixing the issues that they created. They wanted us to pay before fixing the issue. 7 months after installation and the original leaks, one window is leaking again and there is significant water damage in the other window.
