On time, polite and professional, very knowledgeable, fixed everything and cleaned up after himself. Highly recommend!

The technician was punctual and professional. However, when he removed the access panel it was nicely painted and he accidentally scratched it and did not offer to patch it. In addition, when I had the tiles in the same bathroom repaired, the handyman suggested that I should have had cutoff values installed, where the plumber neglected to suggest installing. I would have hoped for the price that the installation of the shut off values would have been included.

Dan came to make the fixes, as promised, and was as professional and skilled as he was prompt. After he carefully examined the first shower to determine which of several fixes would be required, Dan was able to reach into the mechanism and efficiently reattach the handle deep in the workings without any structural damage. So the repair was much less expensive than we expected, and quick, as well. As for the second shower/bath, he also quieted the apparatus through an adjustment that avoided any expensive revamp.

We are very pleased with this Company and its work.

Technician showed up in middle of service time window. Quickly looked at problem, suggested that it might be fixed just by tightening nut, but that he could replace with better valve. Went ahead with replacement. He got it done quickly and also provided quote (which i asked for) on hot water heater replacement.

Our plumber arrived at the start of the time window given to us. He was prompt and polite. He got the item retrieved quickly and the toilet reinstalled. This is our second time hiring Peddicord Plumbing and we have had equally good experiences. They are informative of the work they do, have great customer service and leave a clean environment when they finish.

I would absolutely use them again. It's a small local company in Olney, Maryland and they're one of the best around. The workers were excellent, friendly, helpful, and professional.

Dan Peddicord is now my go to plummer. He does excellent work and is reasonably priced. The price he quotes you is the final price. There are no hidden costs like other plumbers. He's a very nice guy and is punctual.

I called this company on Wednesday.  Dan answered the phone, very responsive and professional.  He was able to fit me in the next day.  Felt that Dan was very honest and upfront about his costs.  Once they arrived, the completed the service, checked to ensure that everything worked with the dedicated drain line into the washer, and wrapped up by cleaning up.  He took the time to explain everything going on.  I'm a pretty hard critic.  I was extremely pleased with Dan's work and approach.  I'd highly recommend him for plumbing services in the future. 

As one of the largest home inspection companies in the country we have many opportunities to refer our clients to contractors. In doing so we have received many calls thanking us for recommending Peddicord Plumbing Services.  Then in the beginning of this year we were looking to have some work done in our own home. They did an excellent job roughing in a difficult kitchen sink in our basement apartment. These guys are great.

They responded quickly to my service request, were neat and respectful of my home, and performed excellent work. Very reasonable price compared to estimates received from other plumbers (some won't even give an estimate over the phone). I will continue to call them for future needs and highly recommend them.

We were the first appointment and they came right on time.  He showed me what they planned to do.   The work took about 3 hours.   He also capped off the old pipe so it could not leak again.  They were responsive and professional.

Returned call in a timely manner; arrived on time; installed a new sump pump and checked to make sure it worked properly; he also adjusted the temperature on my hot water heater for me; addressed a leaky pipe; discovered a mold issue that I didn't realized I had (!) and so getting someone out here to address that will be my priority!   I will definitely be using PPS again and will recommend their service to others.

Great.  He came to the house and told us what needed to be replaced.  When he returned with the handle, he said that he had been given the handle at no charge, so he didn't charge us for it.  The only fee was his minimum visit, which included the two trips to our house.
