All went well.  Provider did a good job

It took several rounds of calling and rescheduling before I could finally get him out to perform the maintenance check.  He came out in the evening, which I appreciated and was efficient in getting the work done.  But then he went through a long process of providing a receipt from his phone.  At 8pm, the last thing I wanted to do was stand around for 10 minutes while the contractor played with his phone to give me a receipt.
He gave me a recommendation for a coil cleaning, but I decided to go with another provider.

Very pleasant people to deal with.  We had some trouble setting up an appointment, but worked out everything finally.  I would certainly use them again.

I thought the service was excellent. He carefully checked the furnace, air conditioner and duct work.  He pointed out an installation flaw that will result in the furnace  having to work harder to produce heat..  He did not attempt an "up-charge" as many service people do.  I will certainly call him for servicing in the future.

I purchased an Angie deal for a seasonal furnace or air-conditioner tune-up on March 24, 2014. The vender advised next available appointment towards the end of April. We coordinated a time for 4-6pm on the 24th. Mr Prince came within the time frame. He was nice, gave helpful recommendations to keep the system running. He completed his checks, cleaning and monitoring within an hour.

Evar did a thorough job and made some clear recommendations for using and upkeeping my A/C unit.  Great service and will definitely use him again.

  The initial contact he was very rude, I bought two separate big deals one for $39 for air conditioning and $49 for the heating. At the time of purchase the provider stated that will be honored and that I can use both. But once I called and tried to set up the service he stated that I could not use both coupons. I sensed a poor attitude and negativity and told the provider I would call Angies List and get my money back. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

The service went well; came well prepared to complete the job; very polite and respectful.  I especially appreciated the advice regarding how to maintain and keep my furnace going without problems in the future.  He was very knowledgeable about the overall product.

After some miscommunication regarding the appointment time, the owner came to perform the work.  I had purchased a $39 deal which covered either AC or furnace but since it had been 2 years since the last tune up, I opted to have him work on both. He gave me a $45 discount meaning the cost of adding the AC was just $80.  He vacuumed and lubricated moving parts and gave me tips on the humidifier operation.  He also offered to fix the channel into which the filter goes as the filter keeps getting stuck.  

When I called the company they ,the response was quick. They came over gave me an estimate and a date. He was punctual and polite and did the work with explanation. The job was well done, I will definitely use him again

He is very thorough with checking my units. He never tries to push any extra services on me. We now have a great friendship. He is very personable and cares about his work.
