Ken Abramowitz - Re/Max

Ken plays a great game but he is a scoundrel. Ken made a decision with my lender behind my back and told the sellers yes on an issue when I was NOT ok and said a firm NO. But of course it was too late not to mention illegal. Ken said he thought I would be ok with it. Ken told me there would be no problem with getting a higher fence for my dog. I told Ken my dog would jump this fence and house backs to a busy road is 40 feet from by backyard. Ken had a funny look on his face when he told me and I just ignored my gut. Come to find out the HOA would not allow so he could not care less if my dog was hit by a car and killed. Also explains why I did not get HOA handbook until after the sale. I told Ken how concerned I was that the backyard was so small so Ken waited until after closing to give me the map of property lines that showed my property line was half of what I thought it was. Ken didn't bring it to my attention of course when he handed the map/plot to me. I just looked because it was such a concern. I couldn't believe it. I wanted to cancel the sale. I was so livid I left before I did something I would regret. I was working with my realtor for over a year and she was out of town when I saw the house. She told me to tell the realtor Ken, this guy and they can split the commission with another realtor. I told Ken and he said yeah sure we can do that . Ken never did and later denied like a slithering snake later in email. Ken is a greedy lying unethical animal hating piece of crap only looking out for himself and only pretending to care about his clients need. Well maybe he likes his own animals, but sure won't give a crap about yours and if they might die. Ken only cares about getting paid; not your family, your animals, or your health. He will lie and fast talk to get that ckeck. There was some other stuff I can't remember about concrete work and allergies but this is the highlights. I really meant to report him and have his license reviewed and never did. Ken, I still have emails so I do not suggest offending me with any condescending responses or I will post them and the emails include name of lender.

My wife and I were first time home buyers. We met Ken at an open house few months before we had saved enough to start actively looking for a house and were so impressed with him that we didn't even consider talking to any other realtor when the time came to start actively looking. We never regretted that decision. It was truly a pleasure working with Ken. He is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and was always there to answer any questions that arose. He spoke in terms that we could understand, and it was lucidly clear that our interests were his number one priority. He made the process a very positive experience for us.
