Unresponsive and Unreliable Please do your research before using this company. For example see yelp ([*** Link removed ***] KCK no showed on two appointment times without any notification. They did not respond to any voicemails or emails left through their website. They will only respond via text but will not respond for days/weeks at a time if ever. This is a pattern that shows in multiple reviews if you look on yelp, better business bureau, etc. The company became extremely unresponsive and unreliable when there was a warranty issue. They have made getting warranty work near impossible. When they did show up, they wanted to get in and out so quickly that they left their mess behind and did not resolve the problem. The company may reply with a rebuttal, but I have saved all my attempted communications with them. Also there are other reviews online showing this same unprofessional behavior pattern. So please make sure you review them all before engaging with KCK.

It was one complimentary house call for preventative maintenance session. We usually do a session in the spring and the fall and you get one per session. I have no dislikes. They are punctual, professional, efficient, and courteous. The work was excellent.
