JsN Cleaning Service

This was the first time that Nicole, the owner of JsN Cleaning Service cleaned my home.  Prior to today, I met with Nicole to review what needed to be done and what supplies to have on hand.  She arrived today at the agreed upon time, and spent a bit over three hours in my home (a 3 bedroom, 4 bath townhouse).  I was not home during most of the time she was here.  Though the house smelled clean, it certainly didn't look it.  My hardwood floor were streaked and still dirty.  Crumbs remained on the floor around the kitchen island and under the kitchen table.  My bathroom floors were covered with a sticky residue and the shower was poorly cleaned.  Most of the carpets didn't look like they had been vacuumed.  Given that I had told Nicole that my bathroom and the floors were my priority, I was very disappointed at the quality of the work performed, and i will not have Nicole come back again.
