terrible service and quality. failed to return calls/letters, etc. ivan should be put out of business.

Horrible workmanship, communication and customer service!  I would never recommend this company to any of my neighbors and I'm surprised they have the audacity to continue to leave flyers in my mailbox!!
The project started off wrong by them not showing up on time or committing to a time when they would actually start.  They only wanted to give me a day and said I didn't have to be home.  Big mistake, they rushed the job that was supposed to take 2 days according the the Project Manager and finished before I came home.  The crew didn't clean up the site and hauled material to an area that had been prepared for home sites.  Patio sitting walls were not designed to specification.  The Project Manager tried to act as if we had not discussed the wall specification which was clearly identified in the contract.  They used the wrong type of gravel material for the underlayment of the paver patio as well as had the pitch incorrect.  The pitch was constructed toward the house instead of away from the house so when it would rain heavy, water would collect near my sliding glass basement door.  I contacted Ivan Reyes and he attempted to correct the issue of the wall and we worked out an agreement however, when I tried to contact him again to let him now about the water issue, he never returned my phone call.  The patio came with accent lights which are of poor quality and the power panel is something that they brought at Home Depot (I actually saw the receipt).  
Overall poor quality, customer service and they are not concerned with customer satisfaction nor do they honor their 1 year workmanship as.  The pictures on their website look great but I guess my patio project was too small for them to care about satisfaction.  I thought I had done all the proper contractor research but one small but huge factor I did not do was ask for references and contact those references.
I had another contractor come in to repair the water issue which required them to take up the pavers, correct the pitch and lay it down back down with the appropriate material i.e. gravel.
