Jon did a very thorough inspection. I shadowed him throughout the house asking questions about why certain parts would need to be repaired / replaced, the importance of making repairs, etc. Jon was very helpful and not just willing to answer my questions but knowledgeable as well. He made sure that he checked all the pluming/electrical/siding/etc. and gave good tips on how to repair things and shared expertise on how to shop for parts and get the best deals.
This is my first purchased house and I'm in the dark about a lot of the process. Jon made it very easy to understand what he was doing and explain how to make the house safe and how to maintain parts of the house to prevent further damage and repairs.
Overall I am very pleased with the experience and will recommend him to a friend or family member needing a home inspection.
