Berry Construction (Doug Berry) removed my old deck and built a new one for me.  Due to travel and medical  issues, it wook me over a year after the damage to get estimates and approve the work to be done.  Berry Constructions cost was very fair, and Mr. Berry was very professional in explaoining what would need to be done and how he proposed to do it.  The contract he submiitted was very complete, but also simple (not filled with mumbo jumbo).  He worked with me to get Homeowners Association approval for the work, and obtained all necessary County permits and inspections.  I was actually out of town when the work was done, and, by mutual agreement, his crew worked when they could during the snowy winter.  I checked on the work with my son by telephone, and when the demolition and reconstuctioin reached the agreed upon stage, I arranged for the progress payment, and for the final payment when the work was done and final county inspection was passed.  When I returned home two month later, I was very pleased with the work.   OI would highly recommend this firm for similar work, and will be calling them myself for some other work I need to have done.
