Phil graciously drove me around my neighborhood to show me his work. He patiently answered all of my questions and was not pushy. He drew up a clear contract proposal and told me to call him if I decide to go through with the plan. After I came back from vacation, I called him and gave him my credit card number so he could order the windows. As he mentioned when he wrote the proposal, a 1/3 down payment which I think is quite fair.
The skilled and professional installers finished the job in one day. The widows are prettly and of excellent quality and I definitely notice a reduction in my heating and AC bills!!
