The estimate/sales process was fine. The installation seemed to be ok except that when two teams were in the house at once, they nearly got into a physical fight. When the sander/finishers started, one of them electrocuted himself because (we think) he hadn't grounded his machine. When it was all done, several parts of the floor weren't flat, if you felt them with your hand, they felt like a mini-golf course! We didn't make our last payment to them, the work was so bad. However, it does *look* fine. As long as you leave your shoes on, you wouldn't know anything was wrong. Otherwise, you feel all the peaks and valleys.
