A D White Plumbing & Heating

I called A.D. White this morning at 8 a.m. for a leak that my brother discovered last night that caused damage to the upper level (bathroom) and main level (ceiling) of our home. Andy White was able to work us into his busy schedule this morning, and the issue has been resolved! I have used Mr. White on multiple occasions. He immediately gets to work when he steps in the door, and he gets the job done precisely and in a very timely manner. He is a true professional and plumbing expert.

Quickly done. He also recommended the replacement of our shutoff valve in our 30 year old home from the old knob-style valve to a lever-handled ball valve. We took advantage of his presence to do that as well. It was an excellent recommendation in that the old valve had started to leak. The total cost of both fixes was less than the average cost of a PRV replacement alone. He came over within an hour of our call. I believe he may be a small or even one-man company, so his availability for a quick reaction call might be limited to how busy he is that day.

They've been back since to do some plumbing in our bathroom to snake out a drain. The first time they did a water heater in 2008. They took care of everything in one visit. He had the right equipment on his truck that he needed. He explained what he was doing while he did it and what we needed to do to prevent anything again. He was very nice and professional. He knew what he was doing. He was an experienced plumber.

I have used Andy for years. He is fabulous.

Professional but friendly. Had replacement part on hand for both problems and fixed promptly. Knew immediately how to fix each. Would definitely hire again. The only reason I gave a 'B' for professionalism is Mr White's voice mail message when called for an appointment was not very welcoming, and didn't reflect the real personality of Mr White. He's much more open and friendly in person.

He seemed to do a good job.

Arrived at time promised. Did the work as described before hand. Did quality work and cleaned up afterward. Took the defective tank and other parts with him when he left.

It was a good experience.  The cost was cheaper than most plumbers we had contacted.  We had also used Andy for our bathroom remodels prior.  We did have another plumbing issue to fix in our home, but when we tried to call, he never returned our phone call.  Subsequently, we went elsewhere.

When Andy arrived our and quot;temporaryand quot; sum pump wasn't working but he got it to work and move the water out so he could install the new one. Before he came we talked abouat types of pumps and his experiences with them; we were confident with his recommendation for our new pump. He estimated the cost and time before he came, and it was only slightly over because of the initial extra time to get rid of the water. We've been super happy with his work (have used at least 3 times).

Andy returned my call within an hour and was able stop by the house to investigate within ~30 min of the return call; an extremely quick TAT!

They were satisfactory, in a sense that they know what they are doing. They were competent. But they have a problem in terms of scheduling their clients especially in emergency situations.

It went very well. Plumber was very knowledgeable and experienced. Not only efficiently did all necessary repairs and other work, but clearly explained my options. Explained the problems I had rather than just fixing them. The explanations included how to keep the bathtub drain clear in the future so that I would not need to call a plumber!

I Called Mr. White and left a message. He returned my call promptly and we discussed and scheduled the work to be done. He arrived as promised and completed the work as discussed. During this first visit, we discussed additional work, which we then scheduled for the following week. Again, Mr. White arrived as promised, and brought the right materials. Overall, the work met and exceeded my expectations and we were very satisfied with his services.

I have been using him for over 20 years and I would highly recommend him to others.

Andy was recommended to me by a friend. I called and received an hourly rate quote over the phone. He also estimated the time the project would take. His price was very reasonable. He was timely in his arrival, efficient in his work and very professional in his approach.

Shutoff began leaking, called Andy and he set up an appointment for the following morning. Was prompt and fast in the replacement. Did the 2nd value and replaced the feeder lines at the same time. Was very fast, clean and polite. Will use again!!

Price is determined by 1/2 hour and materials.
I told him I could only afford the first half hour, so just replace the broken tee - he got it done so fast I okayed the rest of the job and he had it all done including attaching the new hose to the fridge, and sliding it back into place with only the extra charge for the hose.
I had gotten an estimate from another plumber on Angies, but AD White saved me over $150!
He is very fast and very nice, told me what I needed and didn't need, there was no upsell - he even apologized for the price of the copper line which I thought was reasonable.
He does not do free estimates, so if you know what you need he can tell you how long it will take and what he may need material-wise.
I would use him again. He didn't know he is on Angie's list, he doesn't have a coupon, but you will not need one.

Quick, efficient and clean.

If I have any plumbing problems, Andy is my man. He is awesome. He is excellent. His pricing is fair. He is always on time. I will always use him.

This plumber does a lot of work in the complex where I live, so he is familiar with the plumbing here. He came as scheduled, and was efficient and straightforward. There have been no problems since the work was completed six months ago.
