I had water dripping in several spots along one side wall of the top floor room in my 3-story row house when it rained heavily.  When Keith Krashnak came to give the stimate, he said the problem was caused when the previous owners had a roof deck installed that wasn't properly sealed.  Although I was only experiencing a leak on one side, he recommended re-sealing both sides on the theory that if the contractor who installed the deck didn't properly seal one side, he probably didn't do anything differently on the other.
In order to access the top of the wall, Keith planned to temporarily remove some long deck boads and to replace all of the shorter 4-ft boards that run between the railng posts on both sides.   Since I had a few 12-ft deck boards that were warping badly (cracking and turning up at the ends), I asked Keith to replace those boards as well.
Keith emailed his written estimate promptly and was as accommodating as possible in scheduling the work (we both had prior commitments to work around). The crew arrived on time, worked quickly and were friendly and professional at all times.   They used ladders to access the roof deck rather than coming through the house and tidied up before they left.  The work went as Keith expected and the final invoice was exactly the same as the estimate.
Four months have passed since the job was completed, there've been no further leaks and the deck looks great!   f I ever have any roof- or roof deck-related work to be done in the future, I'll call Keith.

Keith did a great job providing us with a new white rubber roof on our 100 year old home. He was super reachable, responsive, and professional throughout the process.
