About us
We are a mold testing and inspection company. We are a family owned and operated business. We enjoy helping people and seeing the gratification they receive when we tell them they have a healthy environment. We start by doing a visual inspection outside and inside of the complaint areas in the home to get a sampling plan together. We then proceed to take air and swab samples and send those to the laboratory. The lab will then send us the results which we will analyze and write a report of the findings and how to proceed safely. It is a conflict of interest for us to do remediation. If you were having a house built, you wouldn't want your builder to also be the inspector.
