We bought a dryer from the Home Depot and this company was supposed to contact us about the installation. Nobody contacted us the day of the delivery or the next day. So we called them and scheduled an appointment for Friday before 3pm. They said they will send a text message with a 3-hour window before 4.30pm. Nobody sent a message at all. I called them the next day and they said the window is 9.30am-12.30pm. At 1pm, I called asking when somebody is coming to install the dryer. They kept saying somebody is coming in next 30 minutes every time I called that nobody showed up. At 3.30pm, nobody has come to install the dryer. When I called, they didn’t even pick up or call me back. In fact, their unprofessional customer service person talked over me and even hung up during one previous call. Seems like we have to reschedule but it won’t be with this unprofessional company for sure.

I purchased a dishwasher but I had to contract separately to have it installed. Pro Hardware removed an old dishwasher and installed a new one. And the reason I clarify that is because if you don't have a dishwasher and you hire somebody to install one, its plumbing and electricity and all that and it's a lot more expensive, but if you already have one they just yank it out and put a new one in.

My experience with them was very good. They were very professional. They gave me a time frame that they would arrive, I think a two hour window. They were running a little late on it and they called me well ahead to tell me that. They kept me informed of their whereabouts, how close they were to getting here and all that stuff and then they were in and out. They didn't waste my time and they did a very good installation job.

Was assigned this company through Home Depot when I ordered the range. I scheduled a Friday installation date and took the day off from work to be there for the installation. The day before the installation (Thursday) I received a call from the company stating they would be installing the range on Saturday, not Friday as it was scheduled with Home Depot. They said there was nothing they could do to come on the day I scheduled with Home Depot (Friday). It would have been nice to know further in advance that they changed the installation date. We had to cancel plans we had for Saturday to wait for the installer to come. The quality of the work was fine and the installers were good, we were just very unhappy with the customer service of the scheduler and the inability to install the range on the originally scheduled date.

I was very impressed with the quality of service. Scheduling the installation with the office was easy. The installers were prompt and quickly, and quietly, remove the old appliance. They had all the tools needed to perform the task. They were very careful when moving the old dishwasher out of the house and bringing the new one in. The new appliance was efficiently installed and tested. I have not had any problems with water leaks. It was a seamless operation.

What I really appreciated was that the installers noticed that Lowe's sold the wrong hoses to me while picking up my order, and they brought it to Lowe's attention. Lowe's exhanged the hoses for the correct ones at that time, and refunded the price difference to me.

Pro Home Improvement scheduled the work right away and kept me posted about when the delivery and installation would take place. They sent 3 guys who worked efficiently together and quickly got the job done. They were neat, polite and very anxious to please. They noticed that the duct that was in place from the previous installation was not properly sealed and so they used some metal foil tape to improve the previous workman's oversight. They stuck to the $150.00 install fee.
Overall experience: Excellent. I am glad to have found them and will definitely call them again if I need an appliance installed.
