About us

JML Tree Service was started by Bill Lipphard in 1998.Bill has been involved with tree removals since he was a young man.Bill and all of his employees are off-duty firefighter's and police officer's from the area, hence the strong safety ethic. JML is known for our prompt service and our ability to get our estimates done when we say we're going to be there.We do not use subcontractor's.JML is a "FULL SERVICE" tree service hence we own all the necessary modern tree removal equipment and knowlege to do the job. JML does not take jobs we feel we cannot do safely or cost effective for the customer. In rare cases, we will help the customer find a alternative contractor. Bill showed up on time.  He brought all necessary equipment to complete the job.  All equipment was in working condition!  He removed stumps, did some grading, moved huge oak logs and stumps, removed tall dead oaks, and chipped um-teen treetops all for a very reasonable price!  Dependable and hardworking guy!  Highly recommend his services for any tree job big or small!

I used them about in the later part of last year, may be around November. The guys before them, who cut my tree left an unfinished job. I kept on calling and calling, and I think they were avoiding me. So, finally I had to get rid of them and then I shopped around. The contractors came over and I selected JML. They did a good job cleaning up the mess that was created by the former tree service people. They were on time. They were professionals. They had all the necessary equipment. They have the necessary personal.

They charged $650 for the job. They had originally quoted me $750, but they charged me only $650 when the job was done. I chose them because they were rated on Angie’s List and they were close by. I liked the guy when he came out. He knew exactly what I wanted and he took care of it. I have already talked to them about a job for next spring since I have a lot of trees.

Very well. Fitted us in right away, took out the tree, ground down the stump. One of the limbs did damage my gutter when it came down, but they replaced the gutter. My gutter cleaning fellow took a look when he was cleaning out my gutters and indicated that they actually did an excellent job with the replacement gutter. Good quality, very well installed. Don't let the damage to my gutter dissuade anyone from using this company. This tree was large and planted much to close to the house. They were very careful and new what they were doing. Excellent experience.
