General Remodeling
The chimney was not cleaned and carbon monoxide backed up into my home. I was treated for co poisoning and was out of my home for a period of time until another chimney company could be engaged. I tried contacting the serviceman who came out to my house and he was first curt, unfriendly and unkind on the phone and hung up on me. When I tried calling him again, he then ignored my calls. I sent him an email and he responded that I was "bringing him drama" and "he would not take that abuse from me." He said that he did nothing wrong and would not come back out. When I disputed the charge with the credit card company, he simply put another charge through and then denied any knowledge of it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
